All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Please note, while Jaci will cover half of the return shipping cost, your refund will be the net of the full purchase amount and a $5.00 shipping charge which is your portion.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization. After receiving an authorization, you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label sent to the email address from you original purchase. Once received, place the item in the box with the pre-paid label attached and drop it off at the corresponding shipping carrier.
After receiving your return we will process the return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Your card company and bank may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
